TrueSound is a process that unleashes every project’s purest creative essence. In part calling for disciplined solutions, true-audio engineering, analog and digital technologies or even coaching, TrueSound is a methodology for a free, powerful aesthetic that goes beyond just production; that sees me guiding artists to higher ground.
As a producer, mixer and audio engineer, my obsession is revealing unique musical and sound essences that exist in all artists and their work. For 30 years it’s meant partnering with great talent to develop a custom production process on each project. A lot of the fun comes from the wide array of new and vintage ‘hot-rodded’ audio components that I’ve collected throughout my career, to produce an even wider sound palette. My mix of experience and rare technological knowledge seamlessly enhances the musical vision underlying all we do. After all my time in the business, I deeply believe you’ve got to look for TrueSound in every single piece of music you produce, no excuses.
With every different collaborator, I’m looking to nurture a creative spirit all projects have at their core. I believe every endeavor requires unique approaches and I put clients and their needs at the center of each process, from day-1, whether it’s recording, mixing, performance or something beyond. The studio ethos safeguards musical integrity and sound-fidelity in every creative phase; a combination of tech resources and deep musical feeling empowers TrueSound on each project.
